Refund policy

Pre-order cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched. Email support@tkactive.com.au with your order number to request cancellation and a refund to your original payment method. Once your order has been dispatched, the returns policy below applies.

Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, with its original tags attached. Email support@tkactive.com.au with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll provide return instructions. You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process an eligible refund to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If there’s a problem with your order, email support@tkactive.com.au with your order number and details so we can help. The change-of-mind return postage rule does not limit any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws.
