Cancellation policy

 

Pre-order cancellations

TK Active’s current collection is offered for pre-order. We expect to dispatch pre-orders approximately 4–6 weeks after the order is placed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched, whether you paid in full or paid a deposit. To request cancellation, email support@tkactive.com.au with your order number. Any amount paid for the cancelled pre-order will be refunded to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns and Refunds policy applies. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws.
