Shipping policy

TK Active’s current collection is available for pre-order. We expect to dispatch pre-orders approximately 4–6 weeks after the order is placed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date. If the timeframe changes, we’ll contact you using the details provided with your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on the carrier and your destination. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way.

For delivery within Australia, Standard shipping is $11 for orders under $100 and free for orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is $15. Choosing Express shipping affects the delivery service after dispatch; it does not shorten the pre-order wait.

Available international destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. International delivery times may vary, and customs processing may cause delays.
